Dare to Dream Foundation

Dare to Dream Foundation is a non-profit private foundation founded in November 2012 by Alex Barron.  It is administered by FoundationSource. Our vision is to serve those in greatest need - children that are born into poverty all over the world. Our mission is to provide food, education, hope, love, and the most important thing - the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We sponsor children and ministries around the world. 

For unto whomever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. – Luke 12:48

"Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” - Luke 6:38

"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen." - Matthew 28:18-20 

I believe that wealth is a privilege, a responsibility, and a stewardship.  God wants to bless those who want to be a blessing to others.  As a Christian Capitalist, my goal is to earn millions to give away millions. My purpose is to serve God with money during my lifetime. 

There are many ways and places to give. I believe it is best to empower those who are already in the field by providing the finances so they can carry out the mission and calling God has placed into their lives.  We seek to partner with those who are serving children by helping to sponsor:

• Orphanages
• Schools
• Churches
• Hospitals / clinics
• Fress drinking water wells
• Scholarships

The ultimate goal is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world and to provide for the basic necessities of life. This will help us impact future generations and help to raise Christian leaders in each nation. 

Dare to Dream Foundation is funded by the various businesses Alex Barron is involved with.  We follow a principle of giving away the fruit, not the seed. This means the proceeds we contribute to the Foundation become the seed that is invested. The dividends these investments produce are the fruit. This is what we use to fund the various ministries we support. This way every year there is more growth and more funds available in perpetuity.  We are also supported by a Bank on Yourself life insurance policy that is growing over time, but allows us to use the funds to fund the ministries during my lifetime.
